After years of independent work amid a like-minded community of ambient experimentalists, the two were brought together by the collaboration-centric Laaps label, for whom Corder has previously worked with Craig Tattersall (aka The Humble Bee). Across Sunder's eight chapters, we hear careful constructions of tape-tinged guitar, voice, and field recordings, as well as strings, flute, bells and myriad other elements that arise and recede organically.
