Es war im Prinzip der Soundtrack zu der künstlerisch inszenierten Extremperformance „The Plastic Spider Thing“ in Kollaboration mit dem Schweizer Kollektiv BLACK SUN PRODUCTIONS. COIL, bzw. JOHN BALANCE war selbst Teil dieser Performance und der Soundtrack perfekt auf ihn abgestimmt. Das Projekt tourte damals durch verschiedene Städte in Europa und führte ein anstößiges und nicht überall akzeptiertes Konzept auf, bei dem es um sexuelle Neigungen, Nacktheit aber auch um spirituelle und rituelle Praktiken wie „Chaos Magick“ und „Spirituel Sex Magick“ ging. 2003 wurden BLACK SUN PRODUCTIONS in der Schweiz für die Perfomance sogar vor Gericht gestellt, weil sie in ihrer Kompromisslosigkeit gegen nationale Gesetze verstieß.
