In 2001, the merger of Brume with the American project Bastard Noise could have seem surreal ! One works in the field of Musique concrete, and the others in what we can call Power electronics, making their own sound generators (DIY). The first album of this association materialised with a very successful CD! 2012… pops up this “alien”, unique in the French music scene : Vomir, the project of Romain Perrot. Some monolithic hard-liner “walls of noise” stretching endlessly… The paradox of the music of Vomir is that this sonorous fire ship manages to blow you away, this magma being so hypnotic, similar to the german long electronic tracks of the 70s.
