Please read our general terms below before sending an order-request !

PRICES DON'T INCLUDE POSTAGE & HANDLING COSTS !

WE DO BACKORDERS ! WE DO PAYPAL OF COURSE !

1. HOW TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE?

Please use the trolley-symbol that is displayed with every item, and fill in the small order-form once you have decided which articles you want to order. Press the SEND button. We will then contact you back personally with details on your order, possible backorders, etc..
The prices do NOT contain postage-costs (to difficult as we ship worldwide) so its necessary that you note down your adress, so we can calculate the postage & handling charges.
Please note that we have no automatic system, so there can be a delay until you get a confirmation or the invoice. We work on all orders manually! So If you have "ordered" through the website you can still change the order, don't worry. There's NO AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SYSTEM involved!!
(in case you don't hear from us several days after your order/request has been send, you might send a mail direct to drone (at) dronerecords.de and ask. There's a Spam-filter protecting this site, so sometimes single order-mails don't arrive...)

The usual MINIMUM ORDER amount should be 25 Euro! (there might be exceptions, please ask)

Please note also that Drone Records usually does "BACKORDERS", which means if you order a title that is not in stock we will re-order it for you and reserve it for you for a while.

In general, Drone Records does reservations. If you want to reserve some articles to collect a bigger order, we keep them for you. We prefer to send larger orders to keep administration costs low. It's also easier for us then to give you a possible discount.

2. DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

Sure. Please wait for details when we send you the order-overview / invoice. Please do NOT prepay before we have contacted you. We also accept MONEYBOOKERS, IBAN BANK-TRANSFER, but no direct credit-card payments, sorry. Please note that the costs for any money-transfer has to be taken by the buyer.

3. WHOLESALE-PRICES?

" I run a mail-order / record-shop and would like to distribute Drone Records / Substantia Innominata / Troum / other releases from your catalogue, do you sell stuff on wholesale basis? Are you also into trading? "
YES, please get in touch and we send you our full distro-list, we also do trades.

4. DEMO POLICY

We are accepting demos by CD-R or other physical media if you inform us first about your project with a basic description what kind of stuff you do. Please do NOT send us e-mails with download-links or files attached without asking. We will immediately delete them.
If you have send a demo please be aware it can take a long while until we can listen, as we get so many.
We will contact you if there's a chance to work together in any possible way.

5. How can I get MY RELEASE into the DRONE MAILORDER?

Please contact us before with detail-infos about your release. You can also send a promo or sample so we can check out. Consignment-solutions are often possible, but we need a free sample to check.
