"Von Musik im herkömmlichen Sinne kann man eigentlich nicht sprechen. Die Töne sind extrem verzerrt, ein Rhythmus ist eigentlich auch nicht vorhanden. Über diesem Teppich aus undefinierbaren, bis zum Anschlag verzerrten Klängen schwebt die im Vergleich relativ gut verständliche Stimme. Es dröhnt an allen Ecken und Enden, mal wird sogar eine Gitarre genutzt, allerdings nicht für Melodien, sondern eher für "Krach", ohne das jetzt wertend zu meinen. Dazu wurden noch Field-Recordings genutzt, sowie Synthesizer, Verzerrer, etc pp. Das alles führt zu einer Klangkulisse, die wirklich unter die Haut geht, das Nervenkostüm durchpflügt und keinen Platz für eine angenehme oder gar entspannende Atmosphäre lässt - das genaue Gegenteil ist der Fall. Auch die Gastauftritte von Maniac führen gewiss nicht zu einem positiven Gefühl, wie man sich sicherlich vorstellen kann.
Diese Art Musik ist schwärzer, kranker und extremer als 90 % der Knüppel-Black-Metal-Bands und defintiv nichts für schwache Nerven. Hier werden sich fraglos die Geister scheiden, einige werden es als hirnlosen Lärm abtun, andere sehen hier drin ein Juwel extremer Musik. Ich hab's nicht geschafft, das Album auf ganzer Länge am Stück durchzuhören, dazu ist es zu ver- und zerstörend. Trotz allem hör ich es mir immer öfter an - "Ramblack" braucht seine Zeit! Eines steht aber zweifellos fest: Entweder man liebt oder hasst es, andere Möglichkeiten sind nicht gegeben. Ich entscheide mich für erstere." [Schwermetall.ch]
