GARCIA aka XEDH collaborates with label maker MIGUEL SOUTO, creating a kind of 'industrial improvisation' with powerful, opressive sound collages - the noises aand drones seem to come in layers from everyhwere and are often hardly recognizable, which is great ; the whole is a homage to H.P.
