"Edition of 50 cdrs. Printed deluxe digipack, Typography artwork by Tina. Highend data carrier with shiny white and silver surface, burnt at lowest speed with professional hardware. Documentation of recordings from 1993. A partly defunct grundig TK147 reel to reel machine was used as recording equipment. The machine generates echo and distortion sounds by itself. The used tape contained already recorded music which turns up ungovernable. Intimate conversations, television and kitchen noise are recorded with a simple microphone. Also some airplay from shortwave and vhf wave recorded with old tube receivers." [label info]
